Our Purpose
The goal of NCFCA debate and speech is to exercise our minds
so as to be the best communicators for Christ that we can be. The focus is not on winning at all costs, but on sharpening our skills to glorify God. Though
the league is very competitive, animosity is left behind in the debate room.

History of PSSDA
When the Bailey family moved to Washington from California,
one of the hardest things was for their son Andrew to leave behind debate. So Mr. Bailey started up debate in Washington
state for the 2001/2002 season, enlisting local college students from Northwest College to coach Lynnwood and Kirkland, while
parents stepped up in Auburn and Bremerton.
